**Several Important Updates added 12/04/08**
Guild Charter
Cute and Fuzzy Bunnies is a PVP/Raiding guild. We are active, adult (that means if you are not at least 18 years of age you need not apply) and always trying to improve. We want to see end game content but we don't want to be a slave to some outrageous raiding schedule to get there. We are well geared and highly skilled but we don't always take the easy road. We are seriously great players but we do NOT take ourselves seriously. We have regularly scheduled pre-made battleground runs and encourage all players to participate in PvP. we also don't care if you want to raid or PvP... as long as you are absolutely awesome at what you do and are here to have a great time.
If you think you have what it takes please fill out an application to become one of the Cute, the Fuzzy... The Bunnies!
Code of Conduct
* No drama. Drama will be dealt with dramatically.
* No fussing. You don't like how things are run, leave. Short comments or recommendations are acceptable.
* Prepare for struggle! (Raiding isn't easy and the most diabolical mob has nothing on the 12 yr old caffeine addict on the business end of that undead warlock in the arena)
Age Requirement
Cute and Fuzzy Bunnies is an adults-only guild. Please be 18 and up or have a REALLY good reason for sneaking in under the wire. And as uber as that 12-year old caffeine addict is, and despite his 2400 arena rating and the fact that he can solo Onyxia... we still don't want him in the guild. We're agist and proud of it.
Guild/Raid Schedule - Updated 03/10/2010**
25-Man Raids are held Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday from 7PM to 10PM
10-Man Raids held when attendance does not allow for 25 man raids
The above is the current schedule, but can change on a week to week basis depending on progression, attendance, content, and whim of the GM.
Guild Ranks *Updated 12/04/08
Da Wabbit - The man in charge
Dream Bunny - Second-in-command.
Raid Leaders - Responsible to know every fight from every perspective from every class in every spec. Must spent countless hours watching Youtube videos of boss fights and reading strategy guides. Will be trash talked and abused constantly. Will probably shout on occasion. Will post raid times and resolve conflicts in raids.
Class Leaders - Direct class recruitment, monitor performance and preparation, and determine class member Raider status. Appointed by the Guildmaster.
General Officers Perform other duties not associated with a particular class. Appointed by the Guildmaster. May not be necessary.
Macho Bunnies - The primary pool of players used to form raids. Required to sustain performance and preparation in order to retain raider status. Promoted from the Reserves by agreement of the Guildmaster and Class Leader.
Killer Bunnies - The elite of the elite PvP-focused Bunny. Held to the highest standards in PvP performance and committment. If there is horde to be dealt with, these are the rabid-bunnies to call on for assistance.
Big Bunnies - Either new raiding bunnies or PvP only player. Have to potential to gain raider status and are the secondary pool of players used to form raids. Promoted from Noobunny ranks by the Class Leader.
Fluffy Bunnies - Friends or family associated with the guild but not considered as raiders. May engage in non-raiding activities but will rarely see raiding events. Promoted from Noobunny ranks by the Guild Master based on attitude and maturity.
Noobunnies - New members of the guild, being evaluated for entry into specifically either the Big Bunny or Fluffy Bunny ranks. Evaluation lasts two weeks, and ends with either promotion or termination.
Mains - Updated 6/9/08**
Upon entry into the guild as a Noobunny, with intent to apply for the Big Bunny rank, each player will be required to choose a main character, and thus a main character class. All issues for this player will then be handled by their Class Leader and Da Wabbit. Companions need not have a main. Please note that Macho Bunnies will be expected to raid on their Main toon. Alternate characters may be invited at the Raid Leader's discretion.
Raider Status - Updated 03/10/2010**
Several criteria will be used to determine player placement in either the Macho Bunny Raider or Big Bunny reserve raider ranks. Raiders and Reserves will be evaluated on the same criteria, and are in competition for raider spots. A warning system will be used to indicate to the player where the guild believes they are falling short. The first warning will be set of instructions for improvement provided by the class leader. The second warning will be a meeting with the class leader and Da Wabbit, on TS or other chat system.
* Attendance Requirements: Two mandatory raids per week per our current raiding schedule
* Performance Requirements: Each week class leaders and the guild master will measure performance during raid activities and continued substandard performance will required warnings to be issued. See raid performance below.
* Preparation Requirements: Players are required to bring the appropriate pots and consumables (TBD) to each raid, or maybe be required to complete raid oriented objectives (i.e. faction levels, attunement, etc.).
* Raiding bunnies will not participate in non-sanctioned raids that may save their character to a non-Bunny raid ID. You may participate in raids that would not conflict with Bunny raids. To determine whether this is the case please check the in-game calendar and/or consult with a Raid Leader.
* Raiding bunnies will not commit to outside raiding that would conflict with scheduled Bunny raiding times.
Raid Performance:
Each player is required to accomplish the major role of their class. Class leaders will maintain a list of general expectations as well as have specific instructions for particular instances or encounters. DPS'ers will be required to maintain damage levels, healers required to maintain healing done, and tanks required to tank effectively. Performance will be gauged relative to others in the same class as well as classes with the same role. Performance objectives may change with raid instance requirements. Healers may be required to dps or tank. DPS'ers may be required to perform crowd control or decursing type functions. Tanks may be required to DPS. Other negative issues such as pulling aggro, unintended pulls, poor positioning, wiping the raid, etc., will also count toward performance. Players whos performance is significantly lower than others of the same class/major role will begin receiving warnings.
